Where do you export cars to?

We ship worldwide, with a primary focus on the AMESA region (Africa, Middle East, South Asia). Most shipments are routed via Dubai, our central export hub, for faster and more efficient transit.

How do i know the car is in good condition?

Each vehicle comes with: A CARFAX Canada report (if available), Detailed inspection report, Verified ownership and service history. For vintage vehicles that don’t have digital records, we conduct an extensive manual evaluation.

What if I want more photos or videos before deciding?

No problem. Simply request additional media and our team will send you high-resolution images, inspection videos, or even a live video call walkthrough.

Is the deposit refundable?

Yes, all deposits are fully refundable unless otherwise stated. Please refer to our [Refund Policy] for detailed terms.

How much is the deposit?

Deposits typically range from USD $5,000 to $10,000, depending on the vehicle category. This reserves the car and allows us to begin the inspection and paperwork.

How is the car shipped?

We offer: RORO (Roll-on/Roll-off) shipping; or Container shipping for added security. You’ll receive all shipping documents and real-time tracking once your car departs.

Do I need to handle customs clearance myself?

We help prepare all documents for export, but customs clearance at your destination must typically be handled by the buyer or a local clearing agent. We can recommend trusted partners in major ports.

How long does shipment take?

Shipping times vary by destination:

• Dubai: 2–3 weeks

• Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait: 3–4 weeks

• Africa (East/West): 4–6 weeks

• South Asia: 4–5 weeks

What if the car doesn’t arrive as described?

We stand by the quality of our listings. If there are major discrepancies, we will work with you to resolve the issue. In most cases, our pre-shipment inspection avoids such problems.

How do i submit my car?

Use our [Submit Your Car] link to upload: Vehicle details (make, model, year, VIN); Ownership and service history; Multiple high-quality photos (exterior, interior, engine bay).

Is there a cost to submit my car?

No. Submitting your car is 100% free. We only list cars that meet our quality and export criteria.

What happens after i submit my car?

Our team reviews your submission within 3–5 business days. If your car qualifies, we will contact you to discuss the next steps and listing process.

How is the selling price decided?

We work with you to determine a competitive market price based on global demand, condition, and comparable listings. You always have the final say.

Do you buy the car or find a buyer?

We operate as a premium listing and export partner — not a direct buyer. We connect your vehicle to pre-qualified international buyers across our network.

How are payments handled?

Once a buyer is ready, funds are sent directly to be held in our escrow account until the transaction & shipment documents final export clearance. You’ll always be notified before the transaction is finalized.

Who handles the export process?

We do. From documentation to pickup to export via Dubai, we manage the entire process on your behalf.

What documents do i need to provide?

• Ownership/title

• Valid government-issued ID

• Proof of VIN and vehicle condition

What if I change my mind after submitting?

No worries. You can withdraw your listing at any time before a sale agreement is finalized.

How long does it take to sell a car?
